60-second Q&A: 360° Brewing Co

We chat to Robin Langton from 360° Brewing Co and get to know them in just 60 seconds…


For those who may not have encountered 360° Brewing Co before – how, when, and why did you start brewing?

We started brewing in 2013, because we love great craft beer of all shapes and sizes.

Where did the name 360° Brewing Co come from?

Our brewery is on the Greenwich Meridian and we make many different styles of beer, from many different places; our 360° Degree view if you like, our unique take on those different beer styles.

How would you describe the 360° Brewing Co approach to brewing? What do you set out to achieve with each new beer?

We aim for beers that make you smile, beers you can share with loved ones, beers you can chill out with and savour in peace.

We’re delighted to have your Session IPA as one of our Beers of the Month, what can you tell us about this beer, its recipe, and the flavours to look out for in it?

Our SIPA is juicy and hoppy – brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Chinook in the boil and dry hop. Its super drinkable with grapefruit and tangerine flavours.

What does the future hold for 360° Brewing Co? Any exciting new releases you can share with us?

Double Decker Chocolate Stout, Green Monster NEIPA, Sussex Haze – these new beers have massive, intense flavours but remain balanced and drinkable, get them before they go!
