Cocktail: Sunset Candy


    • 50ml Gin Eva
    • 35 ml fresh orange pulp
    • 15 ml simple syrup
    • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
    • 2gr pomegranate reduction
    • 5ml hot pomegranate juice
    • 1 medium ball of candy floss


    • Shake the first four ingredients in a boston cocktail shaker with ice. Strain, then add to a martini glass with pomegranate reduction and hot pomegranate juice. Allow candy floss to melt.
