Cocktail: The Clover Club


  • 50ml Copeland Raspberry & Mint Gin
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5ml grenadine
  • 10ml sweet vermouth
  • 1 egg white


    • Dry shake all ingredients for 30 seconds. Add half a cup of ice, then shake again until cold.
    • cold.Fine strain into a chilled glass.Garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint.
