A Trinidadian bright, gold rum blended together from light and heavy molasses based rums and then aged for 5 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Aromas of burnt caramel, vanilla and apple fruitiness with the taste of chocolate and coffee coming through. It's a strong and deep rum that actually lends itself to being mixed and can add real character to your cocktails.
