Here we have a traditional unfiltered Old Geuze from Lembeek. Brewed from 60% malt and 40% wheat, it matures under the name Lambiek on oak fodder. It's then mixed in a 25,000 liter tank and kept cool. After a few months ripening in bottles, this geuze gets its unique taste, very fresh, more fruity on the nose with citrus and oak flavours. After this fermentation it is called the Old Geuze Bean.
