Founded in 1997 during the filming of an adaptation of Emile Zola's 'Germinal', Brasserie des Sources have fast become one of France's coolest and most intriguing microbreweries. Today, they use high-tech brewing equipment and raw, delicious ingredients to make some exceptional craft beer. Brands like Bellerose exist under the 'Brasserie des Sources' banner.
