A really old school distillery that's part of the Last of The Great Malts. Craigellachie uses a very old method of using worm-tubs to add sulphurous ballast to the dram. Hefty, malty and mazy in the mouth with real meat to it. Bonnie sweet but with fire in its belly. It's a charming malt that reminds me of a stubborn old granddad.
