Eat 17 is a group of award-winning independent stores and restaurants based in London. They aim for creativity and imagination when it comes to food, and are best known for their famous Bacon Jam, created after Head Chef Chris (from the restaurant in Walthamstow) decided to combine the onion jam and the bacon that topped the house burger.
The jam was so good that customers asked if they could take it home with them, so Chris made up some jars and soon enough the Bacon Jam was being sold all across London.View the Eat 17 page
