About the makers

Gin Bothy Handcrafted in Scotland

The Gin Bothy was borne of the The Jam Bothy - an award winning jam making business based in a bothy nestled in the Angus Glens. With an excess of fruit left over from each batch, founder Kim Cameron started infusing her own range of fruit gins. Now the gins come first (although there is still a range of boozy jams made with the macerated fruits from the gin making). Using fresh, whole fruits grown in Scotland and rhubarb from the Bothy garden, each gin is made according to the season starting with early raspberries and going all the way through to late sloes.
