A 12-Case of By The Horns' Iche-Go Iche-E, a Kasu Rice Lager brewed in collaboration with Kanpai London Craft Sake. Brewed with rice & super pale malt, with Dr Rudi & Sorachi Ace hops, then fermented with a clean lager yeast. Kasu, the lees from brewing Kanpai's Sumi sake, is added half way through fermentation. This adds complexity & unique estery notes.
