A classic German-style Pilsner brewed with malt from Germany and flaked barley, then hopped with German varieties Hallertau Blanc (which brings fruit, spice and earthy notes with white wine and gooseberry aromas similar to Nelson Sauvin) and Tettnag (a mild and pleasant aroma hop with herbal, floral character). We’ll finish things off by fermenting with a yeast strain originating from the VLB Berlin, which will bring out the fruity characteristics and give a good body to the beer. - Learn more about Merchant City Brewing
