A 12 case of Vienna Lager from Merchant City Brewing. Lightly toasted Vienna and Munich malts give a copper colour and a complex, malty profile, which is perfectly balanced by the addition of two Noble Hops; Saaz from the Czech Republic and Tettnang from Germany, which give a classic, slightly spicy and slightly floral, aroma. The beer is fermented for a week with W34/70, a famous yeast strain from Weihenstephan in Germany, before being lagered for a further six weeks resulting in a bright, clean, and smooth beer. - Learn more about Merchant City Brewing
