A sweet, fresh-tasting dressing, named after Col. Mustard's mother - mutti being German for mummy. The full flavour of the dressing and the tanginess of the redcurrant makes it perfect for roasts, salads and cold meats, and even great to add to lighter dishes like cous cous. Founded in March 2012 by Sandy Ruddock and Julian Pollard, Scarlett & Mustard started with two dressings inspired by Sandy’s family (using granny's recipe), which she made at her kitchen table at her home in Suffolk. The range now comprises eight dressings plus one seasonal limited edition.
In January 2014 Scarlett and Mustard launched “The Curd Hurd”, a range of five different exciting curds, along with the award winning Billy’s Chilli Jam. The range also comprises of 3 “Dazed and Infused Oils”, all having been awarded a Great Taste Award.View the Scarlett and Mustard page
