Description

Moor Beer Brewery admits that craft beer can get a bit silly and miss the point sometimes. Usually what we want is something purely enjoyable to drink, not a curiosity beverage to tick off. This is that beer. No unicorn hair, solar dust or celebrity nail clippings. Simple, unpretentious and highly drinkable, Moor's Stout is a classic black beer. Pontificate if you must, but please just drink and enjoy. Salute! - Learn more about Moor Beer

About the makers

Moor Beer Drink Moor beer!

Moor Beer was reborn in 2007 when Justin Hawke purchased the defunct business and created what has become one of the world's top rated breweries. Named from the Levels and Moors area of Somerset where the brewery originated, it's now based in Bristol behind Temple Meads Rail Station. Moor Beer takes elements of different techniques from all over the world, taking the German, naturally hazy philosophy, combined with the American flavour-forward approach to brewing and the British secondary re-fermentation tradition to create what they call 'Modern Real Ale'. Full flavoured, well balanced, often hoppy and always drinkable! View the Moor Beer page
