Non-chill filtered at 46% resulting in a rich mouth feel and a deeper and more complex flavour, vibrant fruit of peach and pear is enhanced by using specially selected spirit distilled from wine yeast
fermentations. Creamy vanilla oak and maple syrup adding a background sweetness before subtle peat smoke emerges giving a balance to the finish.
