Description

In 1947 at Mount Mary, Bombay, a recipe was scribbled down on a scrap of paper. It vanished from the public eye, kept a family secret. When rediscovered in 2013 Pickering started distilling in Edinburgh and tweaked the recipe for a more modern palate. But here is the original unadulterated recipe from that mysterious paper. A decidedly spicier and sweeter flavour brought about by the replacement of anise in favour of cinnamon. Along with cardamom, coriander and clove this gin makes for a more intense experience. - Learn more about Pickering's Gin
