There's a rather intriguing back story to this gin, there was an old Bombay recipe written on a scrap of paper which dated back to July 17th 1947. It was kept a family secret for well over half a century before it resurfaced in 2013, the same year Pickering began distilling in Edinburgh. This mysterious recipe has been finely tuned into a refreshing gin with bold citrus and juniper flavours along with cardamom, coriander and clove. In the background there are sweet notes from the anise and fennel. Overall an exceptional gin, but who invented it? - Learn more about Pickering's Gin
