About the makers

Salt Beer Factory

Saltaire, a meticulously planned Victorian Model town and a UNESCO heritage site was ahead of its time from the completion of its first building in 1853. It saw a pension introduced for its workforce 40 years before the state would introduce one. Progressive and pioneering stuff.

In this setting, there is no better place in the UK for a brewery like Salt to have set up shop. Salt has brought together a team including Beer industry legend Colin Stronge (Buxton & Northern Monk) and have taken some guidance along the way from ex-Cloudwater head brewer and co-founder, James Campbell, with one goal in mind: to become one of the guiding stars of the beer scene.
