Description

A double IPA with a dangerously close to stupid amount of hops and a strength to match. It’s far too easy to drink thanks to all the delicious fruity flavours provided by the Citra and Centennial dry hopping. Amounts of Papaya is a To Øl summer release for 2017, a fruit packed version of the original. It’s papaya heaven, made for the laziest of summer days. Sip with caution unless you can handle your exotic hop explosions with ease. - Learn more about To Øl

About the makers

To Øl Two beers, two friends and a school kitchen brewery

Tobias and Tore were two school friends living in Copenhagen, who one day found themselves conversing with their teacher ‘Mr Bjergsø’ about the sad state of Danish beer. The only way to solve such a difficult issue? Well, brew beer themselves of course! From that day, Tobias, Tore and Mr Bjergsø spent late nights and early mornings brewing in the school cafeteria. The passion lasted, and while Mr Bjergsø went off to become the founder of Mikkeller, the two lads went on to become To-Øl – Denmark’s most famous gypsy brewer. View the To Øl page
