This stout is dark in both looks and flavour. Brewed with oatmeal, flavours of dark chocolate, treacle and coffee make for a full-on taste and aroma. It's strong and bittersweet with a hint of fruit, daring yet luxurious in texture for a bold finish that will linger. This is one to savour, hefty at 10.2%. - Learn more about The White Hag Irish Brewing Co.
White Hag Brewing are tucked away in Ballymote, in the Irish county of Sligo. The team is made up of three- the Brewmaster Joe Kearns, the Storyteller Pádraig Staunton and the Bean Counter Paul Mullin. They’re a mysterious bunch taking their name from ancient Irish Mythology where the mysterious White Hag is a witch, a chameleon creature and even Mother Nature herself. What they take from this is the Irish spirit which they channel into the making of their beers. These vary from adaptations of traditional Irish brews to their own versions of classic styles from around the world. View the The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. page
