This Irish IPA follows the American-style trend using 5 American hops which blend with the Irish malt and water from Lough Talt on Ireland’s West coast. The result is a peachy coloured beer, halfway between golden and Amber. An Irish delight packed full of hoppy scents with citrus, pine and grapefruit flavours balancing with the sweetness of the malt. - Learn more about The White Hag Irish Brewing Co.
White Hag Brewing are tucked away in Ballymote, in the Irish county of Sligo. The team is made up of three- the Brewmaster Joe Kearns, the Storyteller Pádraig Staunton and the Bean Counter Paul Mullin. They’re a mysterious bunch taking their name from ancient Irish Mythology where the mysterious White Hag is a witch, a chameleon creature and even Mother Nature herself. What they take from this is the Irish spirit which they channel into the making of their beers. These vary from adaptations of traditional Irish brews to their own versions of classic styles from around the world. View the The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. page
