Description

A pale ale in the Belgian tradition, Niamh Chinn Oir is light and delicate on the flavour, oozing lots of malty character with a bready feel to it. A burst of orange swims through the aroma, mingling with the gentle floral scents provided by the hops. It's carbonated and spicy with hints of caramel, intriguing and a guaranteed thirst quencher. - Learn more about The White Hag Irish Brewing Co.

About the makers

The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. Their ambition? To make the best Irish craft beer

White Hag Brewing are tucked away in Ballymote, in the Irish county of Sligo. The team is made up of three- the Brewmaster Joe Kearns, the Storyteller Pádraig Staunton and the Bean Counter Paul Mullin. They’re a mysterious bunch taking their name from ancient Irish Mythology where the mysterious White Hag is a witch, a chameleon creature and even Mother Nature herself. What they take from this is the Irish spirit which they channel into the making of their beers. These vary from adaptations of traditional Irish brews to their own versions of classic styles from around the world. View the The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. page
