The Púca is not afraid of dipping into the sour side of flavour with this dry-hopped ale which is brewed with a generous helping of lemon peel that explodes on the taste buds. There's a note of grapefruit and hint of sherbert but the taste is overwhelmingly lemon making it strong yet incredibly refreshing for a beer that deviates from the norm. - Learn more about The White Hag Irish Brewing Co.
About the makers
The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. Their ambition? To make the best Irish craft beer
White Hag Brewing are tucked away in Ballymote, in the Irish county of Sligo. The team is made up of three- the Brewmaster Joe Kearns, the Storyteller Pádraig Staunton and the Bean Counter Paul Mullin. They’re a mysterious bunch taking their name from ancient Irish Mythology where the mysterious White Hag is a witch, a chameleon creature and even Mother Nature herself. What they take from this is the Irish spirit which they channel into the making of their beers. These vary from adaptations of traditional Irish brews to their own versions of classic styles from around the world. View the The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. page
