Willie's Cacao


Willie Harcourt-Cooze's adventure in chocolate started in the Venezuelan Andes in 1993. While exploring with his wife and her sister, they came upon a hacienda and cacao farm for sale that was nestled in a region known for its amazing cacao beans. Willie decided to sell his London flat, buy the hacienda and move to Venezuela with the goal of reintroducing chocolate made from pure cacao to the UK market, as opposed to mainstream chocolate that only uses around 10% cacao liquor. He wanted to bring the taste of real cacao back to the snacking public, and now he has a range of amazing luxurious rich flavours to choose from.
